What Is Cold Brew?
Cold brew is not iced coffee. Iced coffee is brewed hot and poured over ice — the heat extracts quickly but can introduce bitterness. Cold brew is steeped entirely in cold water for 12 hours or more, extracting slowly and gently. The result is a concentrate that is naturally sweet, full-bodied, and remarkably smooth. No bitterness. No acidity. Just coffee.
Our Process
We use a custom blend designed specifically for cold extraction — coffees selected for how their sweetness and body translate without heat. The grounds steep in filtered cold water for 12 hours, then we press and filter carefully to achieve a clean, clear concentrate. Nothing is added. Nothing is heated. It is ready to drink straight over ice or diluted with water or milk.
The Stubby Bottle
Our iconic glass bottle — the one everyone calls the stubby — is cold brew concentrate in its most portable form. It fits in a bag, goes in the fridge, and delivers a consistently great cup every time. It has become one of the most recognizable cold brew packages in specialty coffee, and we are still a little proud of that.
Ready to Drink
Our ready-to-drink cold brew is sold in single-serve cans and the original stubby bottle. Both are made with the same blend, the same 12-hour steep, the same standards. The can is for on-the-go. The bottle is for the fridge door. Both are for anyone who wants great coffee without the wait.
